“Inspiring teens. Empowering leaders”

These are some of the teen issues we’ve helped families with:

  • Disrespectful with adults
My child has been terrible this past month. He doesn’t like to go to school; he comes home drunk every night. I also suspect that he has been using some kind of drug. He’s very disrespectful with adults and he has problems with the law. He doesn’t follow house rules. Also, it bothers him to be asked to do a simple chore. He is very violent and verbally abuses his sister.
  • Recently adopted child
Adopted 4 years ago, our daughter has trouble with oppositional defiant disorder as well as anger management difficulties. Our family has been separated due to her issues. We are looking for a program where she can get the help she needs and we can start to repair our family.
  • Manipulative and constantly lying
It is impossible to deal with my son anymore. He is 14 years old. Failing middle school and being very manipulative. He shares things with me yet, but sometimes I wish not to know what he tells me. He is lying to me, blaming me in everything: good and bad. No appreciation what so ever for anything I am trying and do for him. I am afraid my son is going wrong direction in life.
  • Lacking motivation on school
Or son is very disrespectful, refusing to go to school, failing classes and exhibiting defiant behavior. He’s a very bright gifted child. I think it would benefit my son to have a change of environment. He seems to be lacking motivation; I’m very concerned about him.
  • Has run away from home
I would like to know if you accept teens that are currently using drugs. My 15 year old daughter has run away from home and is off learning how to use drugs. This has been going on for approximately four to six months. She is completely out of control and has no respect for anyone, especially adults who are in a position of authority. Do you accept teens with these wonderful attributes? I look forward to a timely response.
