- Study habits
Practice the habit of studying on a regular basis so your teen does not easily stress out while doing homework.
- School supplies
Make homework time more exciting with fun and useful supplies that engage your teen into practicing what they learned at school. Take them to the stationery store and let them choose their favorite colors and characters (set a budget first). This might help them relax while doing homework.
- Exercise
Stress can be sweated out with exercise. Enroll your kid in activities that they like such as basketball, dancing, soccer, running or any other that comes to mind! Remind them to stay hydrated and eat well so they can focus at school.
