So how can parents support teens with academic pressure? Here are 10 tips that you cannot miss if you want to be there for your teenager during these stressful times.

- Make a study plan
Help them create a study plan that includes all pending topics and assignments. By setting goals for the present, they will have a better sense of what they need to do each day, rather than worrying about all the assignments they have to cover for weeks or months.
